How to request
Send the support centre your on-site order number, purchase email, product details and relevant photos. Unused items with product, accessories and original packaging intact may be eligible under the order-region policy; quality issues are not judged only by opened packaging.
Review and refund
Eligibility, return address, shipping cost and refund timing follow item condition, order region and applicable law. Do not send items back before instructions; refunds go only to the original payment method.
